A. General

“Covur”, “We”, or “Us” provides an online technology platform (the “Platform”) through which individuals including teachers, teaching assistants, counselors, administrative staff, and other professionals required by schools, colleges, and educational institutions (“Professionals” or “You”) can create profiles, connect with employers, and explore professional opportunities.

Employers, including Schools and institutions (“Employers”), can use the Platform to post open positions (“Roles”), search for Professionals, and evaluate applications. Covur facilitates the connection but does not act as an employer, recruiter, or mediator for employment terms.

Covur accepts no liability for any inability to access or use the Platform caused by system downtime or technical issues beyond Covur’s control.

Schools or Employers pay subscription fees to access the Platform and its features. The Platform is free for Professionals to join.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts

B. Professionals

Covur facilitates opportunities across a wide range of Roles, including teaching, administrative, and specialist positions.

For clarity, these Terms do not create an employment contract between Covur and you, or between you and any School or Employer. You acknowledge and agree that you are, and will remain, an Independent Contractor or prospective employee, and that all agreements, contracts, or payments are directly between you and the Employer.

You acknowledge that the availability of Roles may vary, and there may be periods without suitable opportunities.

Role Information and Professional Responsibilities

Before applying for or accepting a Role, Professionals are responsible for reviewing the Role information provided on the Platform, which may include:

• The identity of the Employer or School.

• A description of the Role, including responsibilities and expectations.

• Location and working hours (if applicable).

• Required experience, qualifications, or authorizations necessary to perform the Role.

By applying for or accepting a Role, you confirm that you meet the specified criteria and agree to adhere to any obligations set by the Employer. Covur is not responsible for disputes, compensation, or employment terms between you and the Employer.

Professionals are responsible for all communications and arrangements with Employers regarding Roles. While Covur facilitates connections and provides tools to communicate through the Platform, it does not mediate agreements, process payments, or manage employment contracts.

Professionals must comply with any obligations set by the Employer, including returning property, confidential information, or materials provided during the course of their engagement.

Platform Conduct and Account Management

Covur may suspend or disable accounts for breaches of these Terms, including:

• Unprofessional conduct or misuse of the Platform.

• Submission of fraudulent information.

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Deactivated accounts will be removed from the Platform, but any obligations arising from agreements entered into independently between the Professional and the Employer remain the responsibility of the Professional.

Covur reserves the right to update these Terms by posting revised versions on the Platform. Significant changes affecting Professionals will be communicated prior to posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Data and Privacy

You consent to Covur and Employers holding and processing data relating to you for legal, administrative, and operational purposes, including transfer outside Pakistan, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Covur’s Privacy Policy.

You confirm:

• All information provided to Covur is accurate.

• You possess the qualifications, experience, and authorizations necessary to perform the Roles you pursue.

• You are legally entitled to work or engage in professional activity in Pakistan.

You agree to indemnify Covur and Employers for any losses, claims, or expenses arising from:

• Failure to comply with these Terms.

• Negligent or fraudulent acts.

• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
